Screw Cap Mailers

Screw cap mailers are one of our most durable tubes available.  These mailing tubes have a kraft wrapped outer ply, and an 1/8” wall.  The paper tubes have a seamed on metal bottom and a screw on metal top to help protect contents. This simple system makes it one of the easiest to mail. The screw cap mailer is manufactured to meet government regulations for mailing liquids in glass or plastic. The fiberboard body has a waxed inside liner and the metal neck is securely crimped to the body. This simple system makes mailing anything you may need to ship as quick and easy as possible. Just place your product inside the can, screw on the top, add your pressure sensitive label and drop into the mail. For extra security apply tape around the cap. This will help prevent any unwanted tampering in transit. With a wide range of sizes available to meet any of your shipping or storage needs. We can custom make them in almost any size or color that you may require for your project. Custom sizes are available. All our paper tubes are made from recycled material, are spiral wound and can be made with a colored wrap and imprinted.  A minimum of 100 pieces for custom orders is required.
