Our Jet-Pak Envelopes are made from a  heavy-duty kraft with uniform inner batting provides excellent cushioning protection. Macerated paper padding actually expands during use, providing maximum protection throughout the shipping cycle with double fold corners and double glued bottom flap afford additional edge protection and overall bag strength.  Smooth inner liner and pre-scored flap allow easy product insertion and more efficient closure. A high strength cohesive self-seal provides secure closure and speeds up your packaging operation. They also have a pull tab tear strip for easy opening and tamper evidence. Made from 75% recycled paper fibers with 65% post-consumer content. Mailers are reusable and recyclable with mixed paper. Each mailer has a fold over self-sealing flap and a tamper evident and convenient to open tear strip. Ink, self-stick stamps and labels adhere easily.
